Privacy policy
This policy describes how Cluito s.r.o. processes personal data of visitors to cluito.app, demo enquiries and Cluito service users. It complements the Terms of use and the Cookie policy.
Controller
The controller of personal data of website visitors, demo enquirers and Cluito account operators is Cluito s.r.o., ID 29565553, registered office F. X. Riepla 3394/2, 702 00 Ostrava. Contact: info@cluito.app.
Website and enquiry data
When you contact us (demo form, email) we process name, club name, email, phone and message so we can answer. The legal basis is legitimate interest in responding and pre-contractual steps. Enquiry data is kept for the handling of the request and follow-up, no longer than the legitimate interest lasts unless a longer statutory period applies.
Data in the Cluito service
The club or coach using the service is the controller of their members', players' and parents' data (bookings, attendance, invoices, evaluations). Cluito processes that data as a processor as needed to provide the service. The club admin account (sign-in, plan, Cluito subscription billing) is processed by Cluito as a controller on the basis of the contract.
Processors and payments
Hosting and app operation run on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cluito subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Player court-booking payments go to the club via Stripe Connect — Cluito is not the merchant of those payments. In the signed-in app Cluito may record a session via PostHog to diagnose production issues, as described in the Cookie policy. Recordings do not run on this public site.
Mobile app
The Cluito mobile app for iOS and Android works with the same data as the web app and does not require any additional personal data. Push notifications: after you grant permission on your device, we store a notification delivery token (Expo Push Token) together with a random installation identifier; delivery is handled by Expo (Expo Application Services), Apple (APNs) and Google (FCM). You can withdraw permission at any time in your device settings, after which we delete the token. Camera, photos and files: the app accesses them only on your explicit action (adding an attachment, profile photo); nothing is uploaded without your confirmation. Your login and app settings are stored locally on the device and are deleted when you uninstall the app. The app does not use advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and a complaint to the Czech Data Protection Authority (ÚOOÚ). Send requests to info@cluito.app. A club member should first ask their club, which is the controller of their data.
